Trevor Rothstein - Wellness Coordinator
I am the youngest of 4 (Theo, Carly, Cory, Myself). I was very active while growing up, played basketball, football, baseball, and golf. I was the class clown growing up, like to keep the mood light.
At age 15 I was told to quit all sports due to multiple knee issues. Valgus knees, Osteochondritis Dessicans (OCD), Osteoarthritis, and consistent cartilage damage over time. I declined, and later graduated from Minot State University with a degree in Corporate Fitness and Wellness Management while also playing Division 2 basketball there for 5 years.
I had 8 surgeries over the 8 years I was in high school and college (3 L knee, 2 R knee, collarbone, wrist, and R elbow).
My past medical history is part of the reason I wanted to work somewhere in the health field. I want to help people achieve their personal health goals just like all of the people that helped me with my health issues throughout the years.
