
Jaclyn Thomes - Licensed Acupuncturist

Jaclyn is a licensed acupuncturist whose mission is to help people live their best lives. She loves how acupuncture is a natural means to reduce pain, alleviate symptoms and promote optimal health.
Jaclyn practiced acupuncture as an intern at M Health Fairview Riverside Hospital on the orthopedic surgery, medical surgery, antepartum and postpartum floors. She worked on professional athletes at the Human Performance Center. She has also served the general public practicing acupuncture at the Bloomington Natural Care Clinic, the Integrative Clinic of MN, and at the DeRusha Clinic.
Professionally, Jaclyn specializes in sports performance and recovery, pain reduction, stress, sleep, anxiety and reproductive health - to name a few! Through the subtle yet powerful effects of acupuncture, Jaclyn believes that acupuncture can help people live a more vibrant and balanced life.

Outside of work, Jaclyn is an athlete, outdoor adventurer and travel enthusiast. She has completed several triathlons, plays volleyball competitively, travels the country (and world) to climb big rocks, and goes backcountry camping whenever there’s time.
